When will my order be shipped?

Once payment is received, the shipping process begins, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 12-15 days. If the order is made before 3 PM, it’ll be shipped out the same day. If it’s after 3 PM, we’ll ship it the following business day. Orders are shipped out from Monday to Friday.

In the rare event that your shipment is incorrect or arrives damaged, rest assured that we take necessary precautions. We photograph and document every order to protect against mishandling by UPS. However, if you do receive a damaged order, you have a 14-day window to contact us for a return or replacement. Our team is here to assist you with any issues that may arise.

International shipping is available for all our products. All customers are expected to be qualified researchers.
